TZINTZUN has the utmost respect for murals and their impact within the built environment. The studios integrated approach into the space is heavily influenced by classical Rococo French interiors and dynamic Italian Renaissance fresco murals.
While the studio regularly employs the use of mediums such as oils, enamel, airbrush, aerosol, acrylics and low VOC latex paints to acheive unique visuals we also actlively embraces emerging nano technologies also. New cutting edge products such as electric and photovoltaic paints that bring both energy and physiological benefits to business’s and the people who power them is an area we excitedly explore.
The paint we use to create our mural differs from most other muralists. We excel at photo realism through the use of oil paints and varnishes. This finer medium has been used for centuries by old world master painters. Oil painted murals are extremely rare and unmatched in their saturation and blended qualities.
There are a myriad of mural styles available. Photorealism and illusionistic architectural murals are among the most difficult. However TZINTZUN is able to adapt to any style whether graffiti, watercolor, illustrative or typographical.
Our approach is one of N0 STYLE.
Wheatpaste is a mural medium that is fast, edgy and economical. It utilizes printed poster size artwork designed in house and is then applied to the surface with an adhesive paste. This quick and unrefined approach can look both youthful and artistic.
Vinyl wall murals can serve as decorative wall paper, story telling or as a branding tool for interior spaces. The final result is bold, eye catching, vividly printed colors and imagery.
